  We couldn't have had a better day for our wedding. The staff before, during and after the day were exceptional. We didn't choose the best day of the year as it was Xmas pageant day but the staff helped to co-ordinate it so that all of our guests could arrive on time. We booked the entire level 1, which i would recommend to do. For a few extra dollars you have surety that no-one else is going to impact your day. We are still only contacting some friends and relatives that we haven't seen since the wedding but they are all still raving over the food. We had approx. 60 people for lunch and not one of them complained about the food or the service. The day went like clockwork and the staff made sure that everything ran on time. I couldn't be more complimentary on the professionalism of the Hotel Richmond staff and without a doubt, i would recommend it.

  The location is easily accessible from Rundle Mall. My partner & I had lunch with friends, & it was a very pleasant experience. The food was delicious, the service was 100%, with very friendly staff, & the dining room & surrounding rooms were very clean. The atmosphere was very relaxing, with a decor of yester year, & black & white movies playing silently in the background. All in all, I'd rate my experience a 10/10.
