  Location: HJ Hawthorn, Date: 20/OCT/16, Time: 22:45, Order Number: 000845, Details of the incident, I was at the drive thru lane and it was 3 cars in front of me, completely understand with the business condition that time. When the time I was at the speaker, no one is saying anything even the greeting none and I thought probably the speaker is broken. Since there were another 2 cars behind me and I do not want to waste the time (as I respect the time of the HJ workers) I just drive through the front till my time is SUPPOSED TO BE SERVED WITH WELL RESPECT. The staff was just simply saying that the order that he already prepared WITHOUT greeting me and giving me the chance to speak. He was so busy back and forth and at the same time on the earphone talking with the customers on the lane and at the same time preparing the food (didn't know that actually HJ is hiring a superman which can absolutely do many things in 1 particular of time (cut cost brought this incident). Then I managed to explain that I didn't do the order yet as no one was greeting me on the drive through speaker and thought that machine is broken. The staff all of the sudden became agitated and start to moving around back and forth and at the same time saying 'ohh you didn't order yet?' with the very sarcastic gestures and I felt that i should be blamed of that cause (wasting their time). And I replied to him back 'so are you blaming me now because I didn't order from the speaker? (Well I guess he surely know that I didn't because he should be aware that my car was waiting front of that bloody speaker waiting the staff to say something) which the staff didn't. At the best reason, I was just wanting to order 2 of the snack box (I can imagine the reaction if I order the complexity ones). After I've said 'so are you blaming me now' he is just replying 'I don't have time for the argument and proceed with the order. Yep, I followed his direction even though my blood pressure is almost to reach to the 'peak'. I asked the receipts after received the order and off. I am sorry HJ I felt that your staff treated me like a thrash (reason: agitated when I've said 'didn't order yet', and acted back and forth like almost to say and act something which is completely against the HJ policies and procedures and the way of serving is not even a quarter star. I'm sorry HJ Hawthorn, you should study and act something for your staffs so that this won't happen again to other customers. All the best.
